Personality:
Due to living most of her life hidden away in her father's basement, Meghan doesn't know much about the world. She's friendly and bubbly. Sometimes has a hard time controlling her emotions which leads to her power lashing out on people. Meghan seems to have an airy look about her most of the time.

History:
Meghan Taylor Turner-Rossi was born in a mad house. Her mother was a bipolar patient who had been committed by her husband. Her father was the head doctor of the mad house and used to experiment on the patients. Alison had been the one whom he decided to take as the mother for his children, the first being Meghan. She had been gifted since birth and using the bliss of her gift on her mother while she had been around her for those first minutes.

Since she was one, Dr Rossi had raised her at an arms length in the basement of his home. She grew and Rossi studied her as she did so, learning all about the growth of her power and her mentality. Being home schooled, Meghan never gained many social skills. A few months after she had turned twelve, Meghan had been allowed to visit her mother in the mad house, where her father still worked.

The visits were brief but Meghan enjoyed them as much as she could. They stopped after her mother committed suicide due to her mental illness. It wasn't long after when her father had decided to ship her out to a boarding school. Signing her up for Bitter Springs school, seemed to be a good idea for Dr. Rossi. He wouldn't have to look after her or bring her food everyday or even look at her.

After her first month in Bitter Springs, Meghan realised how much she loved the place. She is still getting used to boarding school life and hopes to make a few friends for herself.
